My first time Blogger

Other then the random blogs on my myspace this blog site will make me an official blogger (depending on if I actually am consistant). There will most likely be no official agenda to my blog other then expressing my thoughts, opinions, and other nonsense to all who feel like reading and responding.

Just a few tid bits to know about me:

I love God first and foremost - I am Christian who attends the Cornerstone Church in Anaheim and sometimes Mariners in Irvine. I love to go on Missions Trips and wish that it were possible for me to do it more often.

I love my family with every piece of my heart. They are everything I have in this world and I know for a fact if i did not have them i would not be the person I am today. I spend every Wed. with my two brothers Ryan(older) and Shane(younger) and my soon to be sister n law Megan(shanes fiance) - they will be tying the knot at the end of August!!!

I love to live a healthy lifestyle. Excersize, eating right, regular chiropractic and Physician visits will help you maintain a more active, stress free life. What does that mean...well put down that burger, fries, and coke that you are about to consume and pick up some fish, and veggies, water is the best beverage you can drink and guess what IT IS FREE!! That will certainly help cut costs in this Recession.

Go get a check up and see your Chiropractor on a regular basis. You would be surprised at how much better you feel when your back and neck are not out of place..Dont have Insurance to see a physician well get it (trust me when i say it is cheaper to pay for insurance now then paying for an injury later)..if you dont have a Chiro well then email this DC at drcorey@tustinchiro.com .

Activities that i currently do are Cycle (which is great excersize at a low impact for those of you that cant handle to much on your joints), i play soccer, run, do yoga, occasionally i swim (which is also a great low impact workout), hopefully i will soon get into rock climbing!
